Dating from the 17^th century, La Demeure de Caplong is  a recently restored stone farmhouse  creating the perfect ambience for a relaxing holiday. 

The house is two storey – on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, comfortable living room with TV, video, CD player and stock of videos; a shower room and WC; utility room with washing machine, ironing facilities and central heating boiler and off the hall is the large and modern country style kitchen with dining area, including electric/gas cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave. French doors lead from the kitchen into a very large and attractive  covered courtyard   - one of the most appealing features of La Demeure de Caplong - situated within one of the stone barns attached to the property, where guests can sit and relax - especially welcome when the heat of the day gets too much and also great when the weather is inclement.

On the first floor there is a light and airy landing, 3 bedrooms – 1 double, 2 twin – and a large bathroom  with shower and bath and a separate  WC.

The attractive ovoid shape swimming pool with paved surround - 10 metres x 5 metres  -and  illuminated for night time dips  – is situated within the garden and has lovely views across the open countryside and the many vines which dominate this well-known wine producing area. Ample garden furniture.,  BBQ, table tennis and darts board, plus bicycles are all provided.
